A typical bouquet of this type of Cognac, a
lingering aroma of ripe fruit (peaches, plums) with hint of flowers
(jasmine, violets), a pleasant taste typical of old Cognacs (butter,
walnuts) and a trace of mushrooms, full-bodied.
